Earn tuition credit for referring families to SDJA

Our families are our greatest ambassadors

Our families know what makes SDJA truly special: the sense of community; shared values; and transformative education that shape every child’s journey. When you share your SDJA experience with others, you help our community grow stronger and inspire more families to become part of something meaningful.

As a heartfelt thank you for helping us welcome new families, current SDJA families will receive a $1,000 referral credit for each new family they refer who successfully enrolls, which may be applied as a tuition credit, shared with the new family, or donated back to support SDJA programs.

Full Program Details

The program is open to all current SDJA families.
A new family is defined as one that has never had a child enrolled at SDJA at any grade level.
The tuition credit applies per new family enrolled, not per student.
If multiple families refer the same new family, the credit will be shared evenly among referring families listed on the new family’s application.
Referrals must be submitted by March 1st of the current school year, through both:
- A short online referral form completed by the referring family (to formally record the referral).
- The referring family’s name listed on the new family’s application at the time of submission.
The credit will be applied to the following school year tuition once the new student has officially enrolled.
The credit is a one-time tuition credit (not recurring). It cannot exceed the referring family’s tuition balance, holds no cash value, and may not be carried forward to future years.
For families without continuing students (e.g., graduating senior families), the $1,000 credit can be applied to the Senior Trip, donated back to SDJA or applied as a one-time tuition credit to the newly enrolled family.
If the referring family does not re-enroll, the credit may be donated back to SDJA or applied toward the referred family’s tuition balance for their first year.
