Weekly Preschool Specialty Classes
Included in tuition; for all ages
Each week, preschoolers participate in enriching classes taught by specially trained teachers:
- Levana’s Garden Class
- Judaic Studies
- P.E.
- Music
- Reading Buddy Program with SDJA Lower School students
- Specialty Programming with SDJA lower and upper school students: examples include Sukkot Market, Hanukkah Activity Stations, Yom Ha’Atzmaut on the Field, etc.
- Hebrew Language: Children receive weekly language instruction from a Hebrew specialty teacher. They are introduced to Hebrew vocabulary related to holidays, family, numbers, colors, seasons, animals, and body parts through songs, play, storytelling, and customized games.
- Spanish Language: We are fortunate to have many Spanish-speaking teachers. Spanish is integrated into daily routines and activities. Birthdays are celebrated each month, with the birthday child honored through singing and dancing to Hebrew and Spanish birthday songs.

- Afternoon Enrichment Program 2024-25: Cooking, Playball, Dance and Spanish (optional for 3 to 5 year olds)
- Holiday Camps: Winter Break Camp and Spring Break Camp (optional for all ages)
- ECC Carmel Creek Summer Camp (optional for all ages)
